Original Chili - A combination of ground & chopped beef, beans, tomatoes, onions and peppers with a custom blend of dried peppers and spices. 

Pork Verde - Fresh Flavors of lime, cilantro and tomatillo compliment pork and poblano. 
Cincinnati Chili features sweet spices such as cinnamon, cocoa, allspice and clove complimenting lean Ground Beef.

Chicken Chili - The whole chicken conbines with 3 white beans, poblano, a little tomato and it's own blend of spices and peppers.
Vegetarian Chili - An all vegetable chili made of butternut squash, heirloom beans, corn, tomatoes, peppers and onions with a special blend of dried peppers and spices. 

Texas Chili - This is 100% Sirloin Steak and Cubed, Spiced, Browned and Sauced with 18 hot dried peppers stewed in a rich house made beef stock.

Steak & Grits - Starts with our Texas Chili and we add a creole sauce of fresh peppers, onions, tomatoes and a little bacon, and serve it over smoked gouda grits that are griddled to perfection.

Macaroni and Cheese - Macaroni with a 4 cheese sauce with or without chipotle pepper. 

Corn Bread all corn meal and kernel corn, no flour, and no sugar added.
